1st Quarter
Liam dominated in the centre where most of the play was for the first 5 – 6 minutes. Our first score was appointed to Brayden. There was a lot of strong tackling by both sides with the first goal being kicked by Centals through accurate kicking in the right forward pocket.

11's Rnd 13 18/08/07 Roleystone vs. Forestdale @ Springdale Park PDF Print E-mail
An exciting and unusual start to the game, with Matty Ostler chasing down a kick into the forward line from Lochie, and  taking out the goalpost in the process! Adam took two great marks in defense and  followed up with good kicks, directly to team-mates. Lochie was getting plenty of the ball on the wing, Jeremy and Bryce were doing really well in the centre of the ground. Forrestdale had quite a few shots on goal resulting in behinds, before they scored three goals in quick succession.

13's Qualifying Final 26/08/07 Roleystone v's Centrals @ Gwynne Pk PDF Print E-mail

Finals fever - Come on the Tigers. We headed to Gwynne Park for the qualifying finals and 50 gamer Ryan Sutherland gave the boys the incentive to do well Go Ryan.. There was a minutes silence to respect the death of former player David Higgs (father Phil Higgs - life member of RJFC).

13's Rnd 15 19/08/07 Armadale v's Roleystone @ Gywnne Pk PDF Print E-mail

Last game of the fixtures was at Gwynne Park and the game was fast to start with.  A great team effort! Monty saw Robert bag the first major for the quarter for the Tigers. Marcus's commitment to the ball resulted in another 6 points for Roleystone, a lovely goal by Sean.  Our back line worked hard in the quarter, Jordan again doing well in the back pocket, Beau was handy and Alex rock solid.  The Tigers winning the 1st.
